Refactor UploadToShelfService to use User/Health repositories

Extracted database write transactions in UploadToShelfService to specific repository methods (updateUserIdAndRev, updateUserSecurityKeys, updateHealthUserId, etc.) to enforce the domain boundary, eliminating direct usage of executeTransactionAsync. The external API requests remain unchanged.
