all: less context dispatchers is more (fixes #11708)

Removed withContext(Dispatchers.IO) from UI-layer fragments (ResourcesFragment.kt, PersonalsFragment.kt) that call repository methods. This cleanup aligns with the standard coroutine practices as these repositories already manage their own thread contexts internally via RealmRepository's executeTransaction and withContext(realmDispatcher). Checked MyHealthFragment.kt and it already follows this pattern.
