Refactor ConfigurationsRepositoryImpl coroutine dispatchers

Refactored ConfigurationsRepositoryImpl coroutine dispatchers:

• Changed serviceScope.launch { ... } blocks in checkHealth and checkVersion to explicitly use serviceScope.launch(Dispatchers.IO).
• Removed unnecessary withContext(Dispatchers.Main) wrappers around listener.onSuccess(...) and callback.onCheckingVersion(...) calls.
• Removed redundant withContext(Dispatchers.IO) around the healthAccess API call, since the parent coroutine now runs on IO.
