Reconnect retries/polling should happen when the spacetime server is cancelled, even intentionally. The only time the reconnect polling shouldn't be enabled is when there is an intentional disconnect triggered via the command.
This is a workaround for now but I think actually an SDK update would be nice so we can express an intentional disconnect.
