Fixed Deface override error that caused a crash.

No plans on my side. Currently swamped with the day job. I hope to return to this functionality soon once we resolve fraud prevention issues and such with our store. |

Fixed a crash that occurred when the user purchases a free subscription which does not have a payment method. Also, fixed an ERB comment that was causing Deface errors for some reason.
