KEP BLASTOISE VERSION 1.0

Version 1.0 of the Split Wartortle Evolution in Kanto Expansion Pak. This is based of KEP version 1.3.

Well, step aside, nerds, because the Wartortle Evolution REVOLUTION is here! (Host whips out a cartridge emblazoned with a pixelated Wartortle flexing)

Here's the deal:
You get all the awesome features of the KEP
But wait, there's more! Your Wartortle can now evolve into a BLASTOISE at level 36, like Miyamoto always intended!
Want a Tortatle anyway? No sweat! Just slap on a Leaf Stone at level 35 or higher, and watch your little dude take a different path!
This ain't just some pre-packaged deal, either! You get the lunar IPS patch, or you can be a coding commando and build it from source! The power is in YOUR hands!

This patch allows you to restore the vanilla Wartortle to Blastoise evolution at level 36. Additionally, if you have a change of heart about Blastoise and prefer to get a Totartle, you can evolve it from a Wartortle with a leaf stone. I have set a level minimum for Wartortle to evolve into Totartle. The level minimum is 35. Wartortle's moveset is unchanged from the KEP and Blastyke can evolve into a Blastoise at level 36. These are and will be the only changes from KEP. The talented people behind it made an incredible mod, I just like Blastoise being the final evolution of my starter Squirtle.

You need a clean version of Pokemon Red 1.0 from a certain lair to patch this. I recommend Lunar IPS for patching.

Known issues
Wartortle will still display that it is able to evolve from a leaf stone despite being below level 35. This seems to be a function of how evolution stones work. If you try to use a leaf stone prior to level 35 it will display the text that it had no effect and you will keep the leaf stone.

I plan to add a level requirement of 32 for balancing reasons. This was also forked mid development of KEP 1.3 so the actual release of the this will come out after 1.3 is released .
