• Support HaikuOS: don't call execve since it's not allowed if other pthreads
  have been created. The fact that Haiku can't call execve from other threads
  than the principal thread of a process (a team in haiku jargon), is a
  discrepancy to POSIX and hence there is a bug about

• Add (format-dune-file <src> <dst>) action. It provides a replacement to

  This allows to set the prefix just like $ dune install --prefix. (feature: add --prefix to configure script dune#11172,

• Allow arguments starting with + in preprocessing definitions (starting with

• Cache: we now only store the executable permission bit for files (Cache: only store executable permission bit dune#11541,

• Display negative error codes on Windows in hex which is the more customary

Important ⚠️

This PR is the alpha0 release of Dune. It shouldn't be merged! This is just to make sure that the CI goes green. I didn't add the maintainer_field for this one. I will add them in the 3.18.0 release PR.

@shonfeder I have checked the difference between past and new. Nothing seems to be different.

I have notice two problems regarding other packages:

• junit_alcotest.2.2.0 seems to have a problem in its dependencies when using alcotest. I have looked on alcotest, and it seems that the change have been fixed and release, but they are still out-of-sync. Does it require a new constraint to avoid the problem?
• gospel doesn't seem to build with odoc.3.0.0. Maybe we should put a constraint on it (cc @n-osborne)

Otherwise, it seems good to me. Let me know if you think this is also correct, I will close this PR and open the real PR for 3.18.0.
