Adds two new protein amount measurement terms to OBA for the GWAS Catalog, as requested in the issue.
New Terms Added
OBA:2100001 - level of polyubiquitin-B in blood
OBA:2100002 - level of stannin in blood
Implementation Details
Both terms follow the standard
entity_attribute_locationDOSDP pattern for biological attributes measured in specific anatomical locations. The terms have been added tosrc/patterns/data/default/entity_attribute_location.tsvand the pattern definitions regenerated. The correct stannin PRO ID (PR:O75324) was identified using OLS MCP search.
Action Required
Stannin (PR:O75324) needs to be added to the PRO slim before OBA:2100002 will fully resolve. The term has been created correctly, but because stannin is not yet in the imported ontology terms, the definition currently displays the full URI (
http://purl.obolibrary.org/obo/PR_O75324) instead of the protein name. Please add PR:O75324 to the PRO slim at https://github.com/obophenotype/pro_obo_slim, then refresh the merged imports and regenerate the pattern definitions.
