Independent Pool Checkers

Added optional pool checker scripts that can be run on a timer. These scripts are independent of the bot and will be a backup in case the bot breaks for some reason (like weird internet issues).

Hotfix - Ethermine checker

Fixed issue with the Ethermine checker where found_worker is always true.

Periodic Pings

The bot now sends a ping every 10 minutes. If you don't want this behaviour, simply use 1.0.1 or edit the script.

Low Hash Warning

New - instead of sending a message and immediately rebooting when low hash is detected multiple consecutive times, it now sends a warning every time the hash is lower.

First (and Last?) Release

Has all the features that I had in mind and use implemented and completed.
