Updated all projects to target .NET 10.0, replacing .NET 8.0 in both single and multi-target frameworks. This ensures compatibility with the latest .NET runtime and aligns the codebase with modern standards. Enhanced the PowerShell packaging script (`packageExecutable.ps1`) to include files from the `net10.0` build output directory in the `preview` folder. Modified `launchSettings.json` to update the `execute` profile with a new configuration file path. These changes modernize the codebase, improve compatibility, and prepare for future development.
