Travelers can create a trip plan - CRUD operations on trip plan
Users can search for plans via a list of places or on a map
anon user can see places and search

stretch goal: Please let me know your stretch goal by EOW - May 24

reminder: make sure you handle alt paths for anything the user can input via the UI!
