Schema: Conditional show / hide of parameters

It would be helpful to have the ability to dynamically reveal or hide certain parameters based on the value of another parameter.
For instance, if we enable a flag like "align" to run the alignment stage of a QC pipeline, only the alignment-specific parameters would become visible, while they remain hidden otherwise.
This approach would make the interface cleaner and focus only on the parameters relevant to the current pipeline configuration.

Related to #2428 but only affects the launch UI.
