Hi! I’ve added input test data for the
sparsesignaturesmodule intodelete_mefolder. This tool-specific.tsvfile was generated from publicly available data at nf-core/test-datasets/sarek/testdata, using the nf-core/sarek pipeline followed by the nf-core/tumourevo pipeline.
