What

Add init --version to install from release zip
Update update to reuse latest release install flow

Notes

Release must include a .zip asset with cli/assets (or assets at zip root)

Testing

bun run src/index.ts init --ai codex
bun run src/index.ts versions
bun run src/index.ts update --ai codex
