Improve Distributed Traces by adding a "Spansaction" (a span representing the Transaction) to normal Distributed Tracing. There was already one being added when in "Infinite Tracing" mode, but not the normal mode.
This should dramatically improve the DT overview because DTs are identified by their root spans name, and previous to this, most traces wound up with "Transaction Root Process" as their name.
