Summary of Changes

Hello @CallumWalley, I'm Gemini Code Assist1! I'm currently reviewing this pull request and will post my feedback shortly. In the meantime, here's a summary to help you and other reviewers quickly get up to speed!

This pull request significantly improves the login troubleshooting documentation by adding comprehensive guidance for various common issues, particularly those affecting MobaXterm users. It also refines the support request process, making it easier for users to provide necessary information when seeking help. The changes aim to reduce user frustration and streamline problem resolution for login difficulties.

Highlights

  • Enhanced Login Troubleshooting Content: Expanded the Login_Troubleshooting.md document with new sections addressing specific login issues, including MobaXterm-related problems, password vs. first factor prompts, authentication token errors, and expired links.
  • MobaXterm Specific Guidance: Introduced detailed steps for MobaXterm users encountering 'Connection closed by...' errors, including advice on skipping password prompts, updating, and reinstalling the client.
  • Refined Support Request Section: Updated the 'Nothing here has helped?' section with more concise questions for users seeking support and replaced 'NeSI' references with 'Mahuika' for project-related inquiries.
  • Metadata Update: Added a 'login' tag and a more specific description to the document's front matter for better categorization and searchability.

🧠 New Feature in Public Preview: You can now enable Memory to help Gemini Code Assist learn from your team's feedback. This makes future code reviews more consistent and personalized to your project's style. Click here to enable Memory in your admin console.
