Added Azure OpenAI embedding support in backend/src/shared/common_fn.py by introducing _get_azureopenai_embeddings and updating load_embedding_model to support Azure OpenAI. Also added azureai to the embedding provider env var, and added AZURE_OPENAI_EMBEDDING to backend.env with the format endpoint,api key,api-version.
