downloadSSURGO()gains argumentsinclude_spatialandinclude_tabularthat are analogous to arguments of the same name fromcreateSSURGO(), and complementary to existingpatternfilter. They utilize the metadata to identify files related to the target tables. They allow for controlled extraction of just the relevant files rather than the entire ZIP.Part 1 for #470
