I'm not sure where should be considered the 'canonical' source, but assuming that's the FTP server, I've added a Makefile (with helper script for collecting the multiple OASIS/MathML3 variants) for documenting the provenance of the publishing/1.1 files.
I haven't added (backported) similar provenance for existing DTDs, but that might be useful if this resource is truly a derivative of the FTP source?
