Record the current completed working tree on song-current so subsequent Draft v1 development starts from a recoverable baseline rather than mixing product work with earlier local changes.

Constraint: Draft feature implementation should start from a stable saved baseline; song-current records the current completed work before new Draft v1 changes begin.

Rejected: Mix baseline changes with Draft v1 implementation | would make review and rollback harder.

Confidence: medium

Scope-risk: broad

Directive: Do not add Draft feature implementation changes into this commit; use song-dev for active development.

Tested: not run in this step; commit is a checkpoint of the existing working tree.

Not-tested: full build/test status of pre-existing changes.

Capture the Draft v1 interaction demo and ralplan design before implementation so the next development branch has a product and architecture target.

Constraint: Draft v1 must preserve existing Chat behavior and UI style.

Rejected: Start coding without design consensus | risks repeating pkm-tool false-closure issues.

Confidence: high

Scope-risk: narrow

Directive: Implement Draft v1 from the saved plan; do not expand into templates, export, long-doc, or diff guard in the first pass.

Tested: reviewed static HTML demo manually; ralplan design completed.

Not-tested: no app build required; this commit is design/demo only.
