I study electronic structure and quantum transport in low-dimensional materials and molecular junctions using first-principles methods. My current work focuses on structure-dependent transport in single-molecule junctions and one-dimensional nanostructures.
- Single-molecule junctions — DFT+NEGF transport, electrode–molecule coupling, and structural variations.
- One-dimensional nanostructures — electronic structure, defects, and quantum transport in atomic chains.
- Low-dimensional materials — van der Waals heterostructures, lattice dynamics, and electron–phonon coupling.
