In
prometheus/commonwe have an use case where we would need to conditionally build the list options passed toNewDialContextFunc(). However, givendialerOptis not exposed, we can't defined a slice of options which we conditionally append.@mwitkow What's the sentiment if we expose it to make options easier to compose?
