timer arguments, console stuff, article update

timer:
cancel - give the name of the timer you would like to cancel and it will cancel it.
list - list all active timers you have.
t: - start argument 1 with this like so: {prefix}timer t:03:00:58 and it will start a timer that will end in 3 hours and 58 seconds.

article:
q: - start argument 1 or 2 with this to add a query to the article command like so: {prefix}article q:amd
c: - start argument 1 or 2 with this to add a category to the article command like so: {prefix}article c:technology
