An automated workflow, written in Nextflow, for running a Trans Proteomic Pipeline (TPP) workflow and optional upload to Limelight.
The workflow allows you to run the entire workflow, including raw file conversion, Comet, PeptideProphet, InterProphet, PTMProphet, and upload to Limelight without any need to install any of the workflow components.
