This PR cleans up some redundant CMake code and adds a CMake module to the library (thanks @JStewart28 from #37 !).
Most of the changes from de-duplicating code that was doing everything twice. There are also some minor tweaks to linking to MPI and OpenMPI (now it uses the CMake target instead of manually adding the includes/libraries).
