I would filter on provider_id: azure* that way we're checking for all worker pools in azure. For regions, same thing, extract all regions from all worker pools with that provider. Sort the region based on lowest price. Bonus points for getting all regions that aren't listed if they're better priced, maybe the best 5 regions?

This is mostly a rubberstamp seeing as this doesn't actually do anything to deployments, etc. RelOps are probably better positioned to review the script itself.
