You're getting some test failures, most likely because lando_repo isn't defined for all of the repositories you're adding scopes to. If I'm reading https://phabricator.services.mozilla.com/diffusion/query/EN3tP5pMQC2s/#R correctly, there's no comm repos in Github yet? If so, you don't need any of this -- you'll need to continue to use treescript instead of landoscript.

Adding these to hopefully fix our merge automation.
I've excluded the android scopes, since Thunderbird for Android uses our own infrastructure.
