Hello,
The author of turdown did some work in mixmark-io/turndown#265 on replacing jsdom with minidom but there was some concern that the dependencies used by minidom were quite old. This PR updates the dependencies and dev dependencies to the latest versions. I've made changes were necessary to get the automated tests to pass. I have yet to use the modified code but submit this PR to open up a discussion on what else (if anything) needs to be done to get minidom using the latest parse5.
