Update orgin to include trailing slash - FederatedTypesPlugin.ts

Description

Added the trailing slash to the origin returned from parseRemoteUrls() in FederatedTypesPlugin.ts which was removing the last segment of the pathName when downloading types. Example "https://domain/segmement/remoteEntry.js".

This resolves issues when downloading remote types not under the root of the domain.
