Implementation of the Edge Union Network construction algorithm.
To run the script, input the following (with quotes where needed):
python edgenet.py "direct file path to input newick files" ./OutputNetworkPath ./OutputKeyPath
Input files should contain newick tree(s) on the same taxon set.
