Description

Adds a "Comparisons with null" section to Expressions: comparing lists and maps that hold null now returns null, and IN, index lookups, joins and DISTINCT follow the same rule. The null paragraph in the CASE section now links to it.

Left out: the changed plan cost estimate for such filters (internal). The release note doesn't mention that index lookups, relationship property scans and joins now match nothing for a value holding null; it could add one line.

Noticed, not fixed: the WHERE clause page has the heading "1.2. Inequality Operators Operators", and the collections page says "comberable".
