Abstract

This project aims to assess the performance of network services through performance testing with a Distributed botnet. Botnets, networks of compromised devices controlled by a central server. With their help, we will be able to test different network services which are increasingly struggling with cyber attacks which are called DDoS. By conducting performance tests with such a distributed system, insights can be gained into its efficiency, scalability, and potential vulnerabilities. The findings of this study will contribute to enhancing network security measures and help to increase secureness of the people's personal data and make websites more stable to the DDoS attacks.
