The built-in templates are deliberately minimal, framework-agnostic starting points. A large bundled superpowers/freecc template — with its own skill tree, standards, and multi-phase prompts — is better distributed as its own template pack and dropped in via the custom scaffold path, so it can version on its own cadence rather than being pinned to Sandcastle's releases.

This decision is recorded in .out-of-scope/bundled-workflow-templates.md so the reasoning persists. Thanks a lot for the contribution — none of this is a reflection on the quality of the work, just on what we keep in-tree.

Generalize the agent-provider rejection (minimax -> built-in-agent-providers,
adding gemini #579 and vertex #635) and add KB entries for built-in sandbox
providers (#495, #644), bespoke docker() options (#493, #519), a configurable
namespace prefix (#553), and large bundled workflow templates (#627).
