This is failing in sepolia because it wasn't deployed correctly, this script can't fix it but can deploy a new one correctly

Description
A script that double checks the OIDC validation and redeploys if needed.
Because the OIDC deployment was added to the deployment script later, it's possible it wasn't deployed using the existing script. The existing deploy script looks ok.
Additional context
This is failing in sepolia because it wasn't deployed correctly, this
script can't fix it but can deploy a new one correctly
