Compiled the latest Microsoft 'ODBC Driver 17 for SQL Server' on Ubuntu 22.04 and replaced the driver file and .rll file with the newly complied files.
Updated all references to the driver in the .ini and compile files to reference the new 'libmsodbcsql-17.10.so.2.1' driver.
Tested using Heroku stack-22 to confirm it was working.
