d2e04c9 removed the code that used this, which I think probably means that something is broken in homerunner, but I'm not about to debug that now.
When I run this stuff `HostIP` comes back empty, which means that we construct an invalid BaseURL and hence get 400 errors from nginx.

A couple of things broke for me, which I assume is because I am attempting to use podman rather than docker.
