buildReleaseAndPublish.yml already builds inside manylinux_2_28 Docker containers (glibc 2.28 compatible) for both x86_64 and AArch64. The separate Linux CI workflow built natively on the runner without manylinux, producing wheels incompatible with glibc 2.28 systems. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
