Description of the change the PR introduces
Brought README up-to-date with the main Marqo repo readme. Also updated the Slack link and CI badge.

This PR isn't accompanied by a py-marqo version bump, so this README update may not propagate to PyPi until the version is bumped in another feature/patch PR.
