The distributed cartesian cell-refinable grid is a parallel grid for
simulation development.

For installation instructions see the INSTALL file. For other documentation
see the project wiki (https://github.com/fmihpc/dccrg/wiki) and the
README files in examples and tests directories. You can generate doxygen
documentation into the documentation/html directory by running
doxygen Doxyfile
in this directory.
