Improved draft, mulligan and new cards

Most important changes are related to improved drafts: new timer, improved booster texts and drawing;

Also, new release contains new cards and reprints for:

• RVR: reprints;
• WHO: Gallifrey Falls // No More;
• MIR: Barreling Attack, Circle of Despair;
• LCI: Fabrication Foundry, Unstable Glyphbridge;
• LCC: Deeproot Historian, Master of Dark Rites, March of the Canonized;

Other changes:

• gui: hand - added default card sorting on mulligan (lands > other > creatures; mana value, name);
• gui: lobby - improved details info about game (move mouse over info column for details);
• 
• images: fixed miss images for double faced tokens like Incubator/Phyrexian;
• game: copy abilities - fixed wrong copy of transformed tokens like Incubator/Phyrexian;
• other fixes for reported cards and bugs;
