My starting state included #176 by mistake, so two files are the FPC patch from that. That'll clear out when that PR is merged. |

There's a possible alternate patch in progress as AC-15867 magento/quality-patches@b5333ad , but that has not been officially published yet, and the word is it does not fully resolve the issue as it is. The revert seems to be the way to go for now.
