  • JIRA Integration

    1. Basic JIRA integration would read the room's ticket title and match to an issue currently in JIRA. i.e. "MIRS-4077" would find the ticket with that #. Consensus agreement would update the matching ticket's story points value.
    2. Connect ticket naming to JIRA so we could select from a list of the open tickets, not always freeform typing.
    3. Connect ticket description to JIRA so selecting a valid ticket will pull in the description.
    4. Connect editing ticket descriptions so it can be done from w/in estimation station.

  • Consensus

    1. If consensus isn't reached, keep the previous votes visible but reset voting to attempt to reach consensus:
      • Restrict voting to the numbers used in the first round?
    2. alternatively (or along with?) allow an override to dismiss need to vote again and just update after meat-space discussion
