Command Line Usage

Formatted text and HTML versions of the draft can be built using make.

$ make

Command line usage requires that you have the necessary software installed. See the instructions.

CD Failures

Sometimes, CD will fail on Github to generate a HTML version.

In that case, you will need to generate them manually in your local repo.

make gh-pages

Then switch to your local gh-pages branch and push to the remote gh-pages branch.
