docker-php-past

Older PHP versions in Docker for the sake of it.

Note this is still experimental.

Many thanks to https://github.com/sgolemon for helping us with getting PHP3 to compile at all ;-)

TODO:

• Use https://github.com/phplang/php-past instead of http://museum.php.net
• Support more versions (and maybe organize file structure)
• Add some more tests
