Description

Under Xcelium the collect_scl_stretch_cg task causes certain tests like i2c_host_smoke to timeout. Commenting out this task resolves the issue: https://github.com/lowRISC/opentitan/blob/master/hw/ip/i2c/dv/env/i2c_scoreboard.sv#L470-L494

It would be nice to have a solution that still allows the coverage collection though.
