Description

The recoverable alert from racl_ctrl is called recov_ctrl_update_err. I'm not sure what a "recov_ctrl" is or whether this is a recoverable "ctrl" error but both seem a bit odd.

There's no need to add the block name as a prefix, so I'd suggest just "update_err".
