This implements the change requested in #293
The restriction
if ((dst_gcw == constant_zero_intvector) || (dst_box.isSpatiallyEqual(fill_box))) {was based on some outdated assumptions on how RefineSchedule would be used, and caused some unwanted results.Users may see small changes in numerical results from this fix, which should be improved accuracy.
