Pull request overview
Updates the static /prism landing page redirect so users are sent to the newly deployed Prism Cloud Run instance in the llm-d community Google Cloud account.
Changes:
- Updated the meta refresh redirect target URL.
- Updated canonical/OpenGraph URL metadata to match the new destination.
- Updated the fallback link text/JS redirect constant and the manually displayed URL.

What does this PR do?
This updates the /prism landing page to point to the newly deployed instance of prism on the llm-d community google apps/cloud account.
Why is this change needed?
This is the final endpoint for the service while we investigate creating a prism.llm-d.ai subdomain setup.
