We run the emulated tests on the Nvidia emulated Node object 3 times, and they pass deterministically in CI. |

This PR focuses on solving emulated tests. The emulated tests have a matrix for running on Nvidia and AMD hardware, but AMD hardware still uses Nvidia hardware inventory, which is incorrect; hence, AMD tests are disabled.
