Getting an error when trying to use --hsm_secret for makeoffer and signoffer:
unknown flag: --hsm_secret using latest commit from this branch

The makeoffer command should be run by the side that was the lnd node. Once that worked, I'll need to update the PR to make the signoffer command work with CLN.

Gotcha, yea we are at the point where the cln node attempted signoffer and then we realized that the --hsm_secret hasnt been added to that command. No issues before that.
